We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Moose Lake Village. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to clinical managers and attending physicians
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
  • Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • Current MN Nursing license
  • CPR preferred but not required
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Desire to care for the older population and others in need
