Requirements
  • Experience: Experience managing a high-volume Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferred.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in a dealership software system (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) and intermediate or better skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
  • Physical Demands: Valid driver's license, may lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices, prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending, exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment, and environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $95,000 - $125,000+. In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on-the-job training opportunities. Full-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and more. Part-time associates are offered access to dental & vision coverage.
