CT Technician PRN

We are seeking a skilled CT Technician PRN to join our team at Riverside Community Hospital. As a CT Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.
Key Responsibilities- Scan patients using computed tomography (CT) equipment to aid physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
- Operate CT scanners and other specialized radiologic equipment under sterile technique.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold still during the procedure.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
- Certificate of Completion for Venipuncture training and education.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- California Department of Health Diagnostic Radiologic Technology certification.
- AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology degree.
- 3 years of experience in acute care facility radiology.
- 1 year of experience in CT scanning in acute care facility.
- Trauma experience preferred.
Riverside Community Hospital is a large acute care facility with 517 beds, established in 1901. We have the most extensive Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the Inland Empire region and are the primary recipient of STEMI (heart attack) cases in Riverside County.
