Job Summary

The Patient Care Associate provides direct personal care and related services in the home, working under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting patients with daily living activities and want to make a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and positioning techniques.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a compassionate personality.
Salary and Benefits
