Job Objective
To supervise a team responsible for administering selection and assessment tools for one of Talogy's esteemed automotive manufacturing partners. To uphold process standards, nurture client relationships, and manage transitions effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Stay informed and current with the selection and assessment methodologies and standards for all designated roles.
- Ensure adequate workforce coverage for all phases of the selection and assessment processes, including administering process steps as necessary.
- Guarantee that staff adheres to process, proctoring, and information security protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Collaborate with clients, Talogy support teams, and local personnel to ensure process consistency, including addressing issues related to processes, personnel, information technology, and assessment center infrastructure.
- Monitor and evaluate process throughput against established targets.
- Prepare and communicate process status updates effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintain a system for documenting knowledge and procedures.
- Foster and sustain relationships with clients.
- Identify customer expectations and outcomes, striving to co-create value.
- Receive client inquiries and assist in defining and communicating potential resolutions.
- Effectively lead change management initiatives.
