Job Title: Therapist and Counselor

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a qualified Therapist and Counselor to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to adult, adolescent, and child patients in a patient care environment.

About the Role

As a Therapist and Counselor, you will facilitate psychiatric care by planning and implementing milieu treatment approaches for assigned patients. You will participate in assessing and evaluating patient mental status, initiating and maintaining therapeutic relationships, and coordinating milieu environments to provide a therapeutic experience for patients.

  • Collaborate with other unit staff to determine a milieu treatment approach.
  • Administer an initial psychological assessment.
  • Participate in crisis intervention techniques.
