We are currently seeking an experienced Therapist and Counselor to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing supportive care to patients, their families, and significant others.

About the Position

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess and evaluate patient mental status, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care delivery. Your expertise will be critical in promoting a therapeutic environment that supports patient recovery and growth.

To be considered for this position, you will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field, with relevant experience in mental health settings. You must also possess a valid BLS certification and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $68,000 per annum, plus benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) retirement plans.
