Job Description

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, nursing homes, or memory care facilities to help them regain independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Providing occupational therapy services to help patients develop skills for daily living, including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in a home health setting
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Current state licensure and BLS certification
