Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Otterbein SeniorLife. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Coordinate and supervise resident care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.
  • Assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff, identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing and other departments, as well as service providers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Exhibit a positive professional image, promoting a culture of respect and compassion within our community.
  • Perform related tasks as required, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program.
  • Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification.
  • At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice, with long-term care experience preferred.
