Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Assist patients with physical therapy treatment by providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment by performing tasks such as laundry and restocking supplies.
  • Record daily notes and provide information to patients by answering questions and requests.
  • Help treat patients by applying ice or heat packs, assisting with exercises, and monitoring progress.
  • Provide education to patients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a safe working environment by following established procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service and physical therapy settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
