Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Trinity Health. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Recent clinical experience preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
