Key Responsibilities
  • Textile Processing: Process donations for hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing.
  • Production Management: Maintain production levels to achieve store goals.
  • Customer Service: Courteously address customer complaints, referring to the Store Manager or Crew Leader as necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure inventory is distributed efficiently within store fixtures.
  • Donation Processing: Accept donations from the general public as needed, providing donation receipt upon request from the donor.

  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area that is presentable to the general public and meets agency standards.

Requirements

  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a humid and/or dusty environment.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. or more with 2-person assistance.
