Job Title: Radiology Technician PRN

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a Radiology Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform fluoroscopic procedures for patients of all age groups, adhering to professional radiology practice standards.
  • Assist with imaging patient care, file room, general clerical, and physician assistance duties.
  • Position patients for radiologic examinations, ensuring accurate and safe imaging.
  • Operate radiologic machines, taking x-ray images of various body parts for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Develop, process, and maintain x-ray films, ensuring high-quality images for medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiologic technology preferred.
  • Two years of experience in radiologic techniques and methods, or completion of a two-year training program in radiologic technology.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of modern radiologic equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
