About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist Lead to join our team at a top-rated facility in South Florida. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of radiologic technologists and other support staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Provide training and guidance to new staff members and students
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in radiology
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
