Product Manager

As a Product Manager at DeRoyal, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and profitability in the critical care/bedside setting. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our medical products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of the product lifecycle, from initial idea phase to product launch.
- Analyze existing product responsibilities to identify opportunities for margin enhancement.
- Work with the Director and VP of Marketing to develop pricing strategies for GPOs and IDNs.
- Collaborate with DeRoyal sales representatives and customers to promote product lines and increase sales.
- Research, review, and present business plans, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and forecasting to the strategic executive team.
- Provide strategic customer data and create marketing concepts to attract new and potential customers.
- Responsible for creating product demand in selected markets to generate sales and profitability.
- Provide product responsibility details to the VP and Director of Marketing to assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform quarterly reviews to the company executive team.
- Administrate price, product, promotion, and place aspects of the marketing plan.
- Keep and maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators for individual market share and sales data.
- Able to navigate and pull data from software applications: MicroStrategy,, and JDEdwards.
- Test market new products and assist with new product development and launches.
- Responsible for gathering clinical feedback for product efficacy.
- Educate and communicate the details of the DeRoyal marketing program and products to new sales employees.
- Provide telephone and field support to support the marketing plan.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) required and minimum three years marketing/sales or clinical experience.
- Medical sales/marketing or clinical experience preferred in the critical care/bedside setting.
Travel Required: Yes, 30% of time.
