Communications Therapist Specialist

We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in speech-language pathology and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide comprehensive assessment and therapy services to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Licensure in the state where the SNF is located
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehab setting (preferably SNF)
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
