Medical Progression Care Specialist

The Saint Francis Health System is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Progression Care Specialist to join our team. This rewarding role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
In this position, you will provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, utilizing your basic skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care to an assigned group of patients, utilizing basic skills and knowledge.
- Perform procedural tasks and assist with daily living activities, considering patients' age and cultural/psychosocial factors.
- Observe and report patients' condition, activities, and needs to licensed nurses accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Completion of the Saint Francis Hospital Nurse Technician Training Program or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program preferred.
- CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.
Estimated Salary: $34,500 - $43,000 per year.
