Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Provide education to patients and their families on disease processes and care plans
  • Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of cardiac experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of telemetry experience preferred
  • Hospital experience required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
  • Conscious Sedation Certification preferred
  • Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
  • Licensed Registered Nurse required
