Job Summary:The LPN will be responsible for providing medical services to patients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical services to patients, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and providing wound care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic health records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in training programs and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform administrative duties, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of one year LPN experience in a primary care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
