We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Power Electronics Engineer to join our team in Austin, Texas. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work and presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge power electronic systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and testing high-power electronic systems, overseeing electronic engineering projects, and ensuring the efficiency and quality of the designed and tested systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management skills, are essential for this role.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Schematics and PCB Design
  • Expertise in Electronics Testing
  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics simulations and testing (Simulink, Ltspice, Pspice, and Powersim)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Expertise in DAB and resonant DC-DC topologies
