We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Database Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Quadrant. With a strong focus on delivering top-notch Identity, credential and access management systems across various locations, this role is ideal for individuals with expertise in Oracle database administration and cloud infrastructure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Federal clients, ensuring accurate and effective performance of their Identity, credential and access management systems. This includes configuring Oracle applications and databases, developing software architectural plans and designs, and creating automated system health checks.

A key aspect of this role is to provide Tier-3 and 4 service ticket support and participate in special projects with senior-level engineering teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of both tools and operating systems as new versions are approved for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Oracle applications and databases, including Oracle Application Servers (WebLogic), Applications (OIM), Databases (Oracle Database 12c/19c), and Exadata tools and systems
  • Develop software architectural plans and designs for new or existing systems
  • Create and update automated system health checks for daily, weekly, and monthly status
  • Provide Tier-3 and 4 service ticket support and participate in special projects with senior-level engineering teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of both tools and operating systems as new versions are approved for use
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in database administration and/or engineering
  • Strong experience with Exadata, including components, architecture, and overall database performance
  • Experience with storage management, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and automatic storage management in an Oracle setting
  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
