We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float Pool team at AdventHealth Zephyrhills. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the efforts of the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Act as a role model for the mission and patient promise of AdventHealth Zephyrhills, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and compassion in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • 2 or more years of relevant clinical nurse experience, including Critical Care and/or Emergency Department (ED).
  • Current Florida state Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
  • NIHSS stroke certification within 30 days of hire.
