Automotive Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional service to our retail and installer customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise, providing recommendations and quotes as needed.
- Support store management in achieving sales and customer service goals.
- Process exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform various daily operational tasks, including preparing merchandise for shipment and assisting with inventory management.
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment, performing various in-store services for customers.
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, meeting company driving eligibility requirements.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index system is desired.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
