Position Title: Manufacturing Production Specialist
Role Summary: Join a leading solar panel production firm as a Manufacturing Production Specialist. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer skills for operational tasks and communication.
- Diagnose and resolve basic machinery issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of finished products.
- Load raw materials into production equipment.
- Efficiently operate various assigned roles and undertake additional tasks to ensure high-quality output.
Compensation, Schedule, and Location:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime on alternate Saturdays, either from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Compensation:
- Operator Level 1 - $19.00 per hour (entry level)
- Operator Level 2 - $21.00 per hour (requires some computer experience)
- Overnight Operator Level 1 - $20.00 per hour (entry level)
- Overnight Operator Level 2 - $23.00 per hour (requires some computer experience)
