Master Pastry Artisan

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Pastry Artisan to join our culinary team at Hard Rock International. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pastry professional to contribute to the success of our bakery operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, with a minimum of three to four years of experience in a fast-paced commercial bakery environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining quality and portion control of pastry products
• Produce fresh artisan bread, rolls, and other high-quality menu items for use in multiple outlets
• Prepare products for display, including slicing breads, packaging, and labeling bakery items
• Maintain product levels in eye-appealing displays throughout the day
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and pull waste on a daily basis
• Follow production lists to prioritize tasks and prepare items at the correct times
• Meet production schedules and monitor baking processes to identify needed adjustments

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Culinary education a plus
• Minimum of three to four years of experience in a commercial bakery environment

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
