Overview

As a key member of our Hard Rock International team, the Head Pastry Artisan is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality and presentation in all baked goods produced. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards established by our Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef to guarantee consistency and portion control of products
  • Promote a clean and organized environment throughout the baking area
  • Prepare fresh artisan bread, rolls, and other premium menu items in accordance with production lists
  • Maintain visually appealing displays and ensure timely rotation of products
  • Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet demands
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of three to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Culinary education a plus
