About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Pricing and Claims Configuration Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and ensuring solutions are delivered timely, accurately, and meet the expectations of internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Pricing Configuration team, including staffing, performance evaluation, and goal setting.
  • Oversee the management of corporate and departmental projects within the department.
  • Develop and maintain department business process policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business users across the organization to promote process improvement and innovative thinking.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Information Systems, or three or more years of relevant work experience in Healthcare and Systems Configuration.
  • 5+ years' related professional experience, analytical, configuration, systems background.
  • Experience managing staff and leading teams.
