About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Pricing and Claims Configuration Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and ensuring solutions are delivered timely, accurately, and meet the expectations of internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Pricing Configuration team, including staffing, performance evaluation, and goal setting.
  • Oversee the management of corporate and departmental projects within the department.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of department business process policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Information Systems, or three or more years of relevant work experience in Healthcare and Systems Configuration.
  • 5+ years' related professional experience, analytical, configuration, systems background.
  • Experience managing staff required.
  • Experience with Facets or other healthcare processing systems preferred.
