- Underwrite scheme policies within designated authority levels and referral protocols
- Actively seek to optimize business opportunities, informing clients about alternative products, identifying potential coverage gaps, and encouraging insurance reviews whenever feasible
- Review, process, and issue new policies
- Comply with all company, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Maintain and enhance personal technical knowledge
- Provide assistance to colleagues across various departments as needed
