Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: - Exhibit exemplary conduct and professional appearance - Supervise and assess the performance of Assistant Site Managers and Child Care Assistants - Conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Program Development: - Design engaging activities for children, including homework assistance and physical play - Foster partnerships with local schools to enhance community relations - Promote active parental engagement and maintain open lines of communication
  • Operational Oversight: - Guarantee compliance with FCCC policies and state licensing regulations - Oversee the snack program and manage tuition collection - Keep accurate records of enrollment and attendance
Qualifications:
  • Education in a child-related discipline or equivalent experience - Completion of a child development credential - Proven experience in a supervisory capacity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Quick decision-making capabilities - Patience and effective leadership qualities
