Job Details

The Janitorial Specialist is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high-quality service levels, and adhering to company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
  • Stock and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
  • Inform management of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours.
  • Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Customer-oriented and friendly.

Additional Information:

  • Part-time position available.
  • 2nd shift.
  • Thurs-Sat 8pm-11:30pm.
  • $14/hr.
  • Must pass pre-employment requirements as needed.
  • Now offering Daily Pay.
