Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Brosnan Risk Consultants. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Account Managers and Supervisors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, and driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Regional Account Managers and Supervisors to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and development, including identifying new business opportunities and executing plans to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completion of weekly schedules, and supervise the Regional Account Managers and Supervisors to ensure quality assurance and contract compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful daily operations and address any actual or potential problems.
  • Conduct regular site visits to customer locations to ensure employees maintain a high code of conduct and provide input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
  • Work with all levels in the organization to identify, analyze, and solve problems, and create opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and data, and oversee Regional Account Managers while reporting to the Regional Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of extreme ownership regarding team performance and experience building and maintaining a culture of accountability.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, make hasty decisions, and professionally enforce Uniform, Equipment, and Performance standards through subordinates.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify problem areas, and rectify them through direct action, and operationally align your District with the Region Manager's intent and the Company's Strategic Initiatives.
  • State Security Regulations and Compliance Knowledge, Large Event Security Leadership, Proposal Review and Writing, and a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires reliable transportation to travel between client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, risk management, and business development, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
