With a growing team of over 100 employees, we are currently seeking a skilled Pavement Marking Operator/Driver to enhance our Operations team.

Role Summary:

The Pavement Marking Operator/Driver will engage in a diverse range of activities related to pavement marking. This position is crucial for maintaining the standards of our projects across various locations.

Key Duties:

  • Transport necessary equipment and supplies to job sites.
  • Operate various striping machinery effectively.
  • Follow the foreman's instructions for each specific project.
  • Collaborate with the team to apply thermoplastic, paint, and other marking materials.
  • Prepare surfaces for application of paint, epoxy, tape, or thermoplastic.
  • Execute painting of long lines (highways) and short lines (intersections, arrows, messages, parking lots).
  • Handle construction materials, including pavement marking supplies and safety equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT and quality standards while maximizing efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License and CDL Required.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  • Experience in pavement marking and/or traffic control is preferred.
