As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Pavement Marking Operator/Driver to enhance our Operations team.
Role Summary:
The selected candidate will engage in a variety of tasks related to pavement marking.

Primary Duties:
- Transport necessary equipment and supplies to job sites.
- Operate various striping machinery.
- Follow the foreman's instructions for each project.
- Collaborate with the team to apply thermoplastic, paint, and other marking materials.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, epoxy, tape, or thermoplastic applications.
- Execute long line painting for highways and short line painting for intersections and parking lots.
- Handle construction materials, including marking supplies and safety equipment.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and quality standards while maximizing efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and CDL required.
- Capability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Experience in pavement marking or traffic control is advantageous.
