Job Overview

Sir Lines-A-Lot is a reputable provider of pavement marking services across Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Pavement Marking Operator/Driver to enhance our Operations team.

Role Summary:

The selected candidate will engage in a variety of tasks related to pavement marking.

Primary Duties:

  • Transport necessary equipment and supplies to job sites.
  • Operate various striping machinery.
  • Follow the foreman's instructions for each project.
  • Collaborate with the team to apply thermoplastic, paint, and other marking materials.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, epoxy, tape, or thermoplastic applications.
  • Execute long line painting for highways and short line painting for intersections and parking lots.
  • Handle construction materials, including marking supplies and safety equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and quality standards while maximizing efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License and CDL required.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Experience in pavement marking or traffic control is advantageous.
