Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Harmony Home Health, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create personalized care plans and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and goals.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Document patient progress and report any changes to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and collaborate with the care team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • First aid/CPR certification.
