Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Anthony Scotto Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes to exacting standards.

Our restaurants feature award-winning wine lists and creative homemade desserts, and we are looking for a professional who can help us maintain our high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the executive and sous chef with daily tasks
• Prepare food to the exact chef's specifications
• Set up menu stations and stock inventory
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef or prep cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Proven experience in a fine dining establishment
