Position Overview: We are currently seeking two (2) Retail Sales Specialists to join our team in distinct locations. Candidates should indicate their preferred location in their application materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Welcome and assist customers, showcasing products and ensuring a superior shopping experience.
  2. Sales Support: Operate cash registers, assist with transactions, and manage cash handling procedures.
  3. Merchandising: Maintain the sales floor's appearance, set up promotional displays, and ensure product availability.
  4. Inventory Management: Process incoming merchandise and assist with inventory-related tasks.
  5. Training: Support the training of new staff members.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a retail setting or a combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include coursework in business or related fields.

Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential. Candidates should be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and be flexible with their schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in retail management, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is also preferred.
