Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health and well-being of our patients, following physician orders, and adhering to state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including medication administration and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing assistants and orderlies.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification and ability to work with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to make decisions regarding nursing problems, recognizing potential errors or incompetence.
  • Familiarity with geriatric nursing and ability to work with patients of all ages.
