About the Job

This role is ideal for an experienced registered nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to seniors.

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing assistants to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in North Carolina and proof of renewal every two years.
  • CPR certification and ability to maintain it annually.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings.
