Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret assembly and elevation drawings accurately.
- Construct modular steel cabinets and copper bus assemblies.
- Utilize a tape measure effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency with manual hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, pliers).
- Operate power tools (drill, impact, pneumatic torque wrench) competently.
Essential Skills:
- Blueprint interpretation.
- Mechanical assembly expertise.
- Proficient use of manual hand tools.
- Experience with power tools.
- Understanding of electrical symbols and schematics.
- Familiarity with shop equipment.
- Basic mathematical skills, including fractions and decimals.
Soft Skills:
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, conversing).
Work Environment:
This position is fully on-site. The facility is a medium-sized establishment with a workforce of 60 employees, dedicated to manufacturing processes that encompass fabrication, welding, wiring, and assembly. The workspace is modern, clean, and designed for comfort.
