Position Overview:

Cox Automotive, in collaboration with Atrium, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer support within our Arbitration Hub. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously, ensuring prompt availability and professionalism while maintaining accurate documentation in our systems. A comprehensive understanding of Manheim's products and services is essential for success in this position.

This role is structured as a 7-month W2 contract assignment, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent position based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to keep them informed about the status of ongoing issues, working closely with escalation partners to document and monitor exceptions to standard processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing problem-solving support by consulting with dealers and educating them about Manheim and its partners.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve client issues, determining necessary communications with relevant departments such as IT or Product.
  • Facilitate training across departments to enhance the resolution of diverse client concerns.
  • Deliver responsive and timely support via telephone, chat, and email, acting as the primary point of contact for clients from issue identification through resolution.
  • Oversee the resolution of all problems, regardless of delegation to other departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and responding to inquiries.
  • Team-oriented, demonstrating objectivity and openness to others' perspectives, while prioritizing team success over individual interests.
