Position Overview:

Volt is actively seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble various components and subassemblies.
  • Conduct standard inspection and testing procedures.
  • Analyze test data to detect any deviations from specifications.
  • Utilize solvents for cleaning parts.
  • Oversee equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve test unit malfunctions, effectively communicating findings to rectify issues.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
This is a full-time role.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in production and/or electronics manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to adhere to testing and operational instructions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical production processes.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English.
1st shift – 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

*Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
