Spa Receptionist

The Greeter/Cashier is responsible for the reception area, ensuring a professional and courteous experience for guests. This role responds to inquiries regarding appointments and reservations, as well as guest concerns.

• QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic arithmetic functions and financial knowledge.
• Responsibilities:
  • Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
  • Comply with hotel operations and safety protocols.
  • Greets and completes check-in procedures for arriving guests.
  • Facilitates guest departure and finalizes transactions.
  • Courteously answers inquiries and accepts appointments.
  • Maintains good customer relations and communicates effectively with leadership.
  • Reports any deficiencies to management.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
