We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Henderson Beach Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to resolve issues and provide information.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure seamless operations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or spa setting.
