Senior Project Development Engineer

This role provides expert technical and administrative support to project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions. The Senior Project Development Engineer will lead troubleshooting installation problems and develop solutions to complex scope and scale.

About the Position:

  • Plan and execute project completion and punch lists in a timely manner.
  • Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate preparation of invoices and ensure submission on time.
  • Assist in developing full estimates for projects.
  • Participate in Key Project Reviews (KPR) to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage coordination and detailing logs, as well as schedule updates.
  • Monitor productivity reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop value-added solutions and cost-saving methods to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
  • 0+ years of experience with a Master's in Engineering.

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Regular reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
  • Finger dexterity for manipulating objects.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Reading comprehension and application of general rules to specific problems.
  • Vocal communication and identification of speech.
