As an Emergency Department Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients with various medical conditions, including trauma and illnesses.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patients based on medical need
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
- Active RN license
- 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
