EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
A degree from an accredited nursing program, with current RN or LVN licensure, is mandatory. A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience is essential. Proficiency in data entry, referral management, and utilization management is required. Experience in case management and call center operations is advantageous. Familiarity with similar healthcare environments is preferred. Knowledge of email communication, quality management principles, and utilization management tools is beneficial. Experience in claims review and auditing is a plus.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION
Valid licensure as an LVN or RN in the State of Texas is essential.
