Job OverviewWe are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professionals to join our Community Based Program. As an Intensive In-Home Therapist, you will provide intensive services and trauma-informed care to a caseload of seven to ten families referred throughout the county for Children & Youth Services and/or Juvenile Probation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based practices and various treatment modalities to engage families
- Collaborate with schools, mental health agencies, substance abuse services, public assistance programs, and other community support organizations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each family
- Provide 24-hour crisis intervention and support to families as needed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of two years' experience in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Professional licensure preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule
