Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert service and recommendations.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products in the appliances category, including specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Use effective time management strategies to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, setting realistic deadlines and using tools and techniques to manage time effectively.
  • Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers.
  • Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Preferred qualifications include 1 year of leadership experience in a related field or military leadership equivalent, 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands, and/or custom design environments, and 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
