Your Role: As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Research & Filing: Submit insurance product filings and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Forms Management: Create and manage forms and endorsements, conducting annual audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and distribute departmental files and reference materials, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Analyze regulatory changes and their impact on our operations, updating forms and endorsements as needed to maintain compliance.
  • Vendor Analysis: Assist in evaluating vendors under the direction of the Compliance Manager, ensuring that we partner with reputable and compliant suppliers.
  • Independent Decision-Making: Exercise your judgment and decision-making skills to handle various tasks, making informed decisions that support the success of our organization.

Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements and filing processes, with a strong understanding of regulatory laws and regulations.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.

Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
